      thats not weight loss… im2bz2eu ITS Because you didnt eat anything its not normal so i have to say that you should eat more but not too much nor so little. the point is to stay on the weight tha u will lose. im sure u will gain more weight even from your previous weight if u wont stop this.i m trying to help but think logically.could u never ever eat meat,or something sweet or bread again?no.its weight lose for 4 months (max) and fat again.sorry…bt trust me HEALTHY DIET NOT STARVING.

      15 days ago I decided before I even watched this video to participate in a fast. The 1st 3 days were total liquids. The following 12 days were vegetables fruits and water with nuts for snacks. No Sugar No Meats No Breads No Processed Anything….The Results 22lbs lost in 15 days. You can do it just start today and commit to it. If you stumble get back up and go again.       OK my new life starts tomorrow, (jee, and i ate pzza for dinner i don’t do that except for like once a month, but i still got 3/4 of pizza left..) but after i ate it, THEN im gonna go out for 50 minutes, do yoga and enjoy a good movie (:

      I am not happy with my body, and I am constantly worrying over the food I eat, because I try to excercise regularly, but I still don’t see the changes. If, however, I write a plan, count my calories and eat unprocessed foods, and not eat past 7:30 at night, I can feel better in a few days. This starts a snowballing of good feelings,a dn I continue to do better. I want to lose ten pounds by the end of december. Hopefully…

      you know after I wrote that 2 days ago, it really woke me up! I’ve been eating healthy and exercising! I think maybe the first steps to losing weight is admitting you have a problem, and writing it down. I’m feeling better already! and drinking alot of water too!

      i hear ya!
      smoking kind of kills your taste and you dont eat alot but when you quit you start enjoying taste of all the food you eat before and thats how addiction starts
      just become more active, i know its difficult when you dont feel comfortable but its important for you do it just to get moving and get addicted to water
      drink more water then you need, and dont be afraid of peein’
      eat less and go to tiolet more

      I’ve been struggling with my weight all this year, I was usually quite slim, I exercised regulary, I ate healthy, but then since quitting smoking on the 1st of january, I’ve found a new addiction-sweet foods. Also, I hate admiting some thing so personal, but I’m a bit of a loner, so I dont go out much really, so feel like I’ve got no reason to lose weight and look good, even though it does in reality depress the hell outta me! help!!!
