      14 isn’t an age to start worrying about losing fat (unless you are really overweight). you have far too much else to worry about. just make sure you eat healthily and lead a reasonably active life. and enjoy it!

      n i really wnt 2 burn a lot of fat, and i like the looks of this workout,.
      annd, i just wnted 2 know does this workout do anything to prevent your growth? cuz u kno, i’m a really small guy, i wanna grow :D

      umm, im coming up to 16 and ive never been to the gym in my life xD but now im starting to get more intrested in my fitness. Any ideas what i should start out doing?

      check out the ‘Lesson’ clips for diet advice.
      but if you ask me, diet is only a problem because people are silly with it. it’s pretty simple mathematics. only take in as much fuel as your body uses. people eat too much, and too much rubbish in between.

      try just using your arms more… and pulsing a little …like a mini squat with your legs… moving the arms will get the rate up…

      Do you have any ideas for how I can keep my heart rate up without using my left foot? I figured you might have a perfect answer, and I would be very grateful!

      Thank you so much. I have a problem though – last Thursday night, I smashed my big toe and lifted up my toenail. The doc says I have to wait until it grows out now. It is so incredibly sore (because I keep hitting it accidentally), especially with shoes (I tried my roller blades and it’s excrutiating). Just when I had made it my goal to get back to regular exercise, I do this. Continued…
